Beat Parkinson's Today offers research-based exercise programs targeting Parkinson's Disease. A Yale study published in a medical journal stated that the high-intensity exercise program "induces brain-protective effects that have the potential to not just slow down, but possibly reverse, the neurodegeneration associated with Parkinson’s disease". ​

Welcome to an interval strength training class incorporating functional strength training and cardio! Workouts constructed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy in collaboration with a Personal Trainer to help you improve cardiovascular fitness and build muscle mass using functional movement patterns to improve strength for daily activities, prevent injury, give you more energy for your day, and improve your overall health and well-being. Small class sizes are designed to provide you with a more personalized workout.
