Dry Needling
Chronic Pain & Muscle Tightness • Sports Injuries • Tendonitis • Sciatica • Joint Pain • Back Pain

A therapeutic technique used to relieve muscle pain and tension by inserting a thin, sterile needle into trigger points to stimulate a healing response. Dry needling is based on Western Medicine principles and focuses on reducing muscular pain, improving range of motion, and restoring function. It is used with other PT treatments, such as manual therapy and exercise, to promote full recovery and long-term relief.
Cupping Therapy
Muscle Tension • Blood Flow • Myofascial Pain Syndrome
Cupping therapy involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction, which helps lift the skin and underlying tissue, effectively addressing the myofascial, or thin tissue covering the muscle. The increase in circulation promotes faster healing, improves your range of motion, reduces myofascial restrictions, and decreases inflammation. Cupping therapy is often used in PT treatments such as manual therapy and exercise to promote full recovery and healing.
Manual Therapy
Muscle Tension • Joint Stiffness •
Flexibility • Chronic and Acute Pain • Accelerates Healing
Manual therapy is a hands-on approach a physical therapist uses to address joint and muscle stiffness, improve pain, and accelerate healing using different techniques. This includes and is not limited to instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, soft tissue massage, joint mobilization, manual stretching, and perturbation training for Fall Prevention.
Soft Tissue Mobilization
Lower Back Pain • Neck Pain • Shoulder Pain • Sports Injuries • Tendonitis • Post-surgical Stiffness •Scar Tissue
Soft tissue mobilization uses a hands-on physical therapy massage technique that relieves pain, improves tissue mobility, and breaks up restrictions in the muscle, fascia, and connective tissue, such as trigger points, scar tissue, or inflammation.
Joint Mobilization
Joint Stiffness • Joint Restrictions • Chronic and Acute Pain
•Osteoarthritis
Joint mobilization involves a hands-on technique used to restore normal movement in stiff and painful joints, by applying controlled, passive movements to a joint to promote enhanced lubrication and blood circulation. It is often performed with other PT interventions such as exercise and additional manual therapy techniques for full recovery.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Muscle Pain • Chronic Neck, Shoulder, and Back Pain
•Scar Tissue •Sports Injury
A soft tissue technique utilizing a specialized steel tool rather than a hands-on massage, to break up scar tissue, release fascial restrictions, and improve soft tissue mobility. This promotes faster healing. It is often performed with other PT interventions, such as exercise, and is best used for tight muscles, trigger points, and restricted mobility.
Fall Prevention & Balance Training
Strength Training • Balance and Gait Exercises • Functional Movements •Pertebation Training •Training on Stair Climbing, Curbs, and Uneven Surfaces

Improve stability, coordination, strength, and mobility to reduce the risk of falls and improve balance with a specialized PT program designed for individual care. Reduce the risk of falling, increase your confidence with movement, and improve body awareness and overall mobility and independence.
Physical Therapy for Parkinson’s Disease
Gait Training • Fall Prevention • Postural Training • Strength & Flexibility • Dual Task & Cognitive Training • PWR!Moves Therapy

Focus on improving your everyday function with PT targeting movement, balance, strength, and coordination to help manage symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease and strengthen your independence. Stay active while targeting your PD, using therapy that incorporates PWR!Moves exercises.
Gait Analysis
Injury & Surgery Recovery • Sports Injury Prevention • Chronic Pain • Walking Difficulty • Parkinson's Disease
Gait analysis is an assessment used to evaluate how a person walks or runs to identify abnormalities, imbalances, or inefficiencies in movement that may be contributing to pain or dysfunction. By identifying the problem, we can improve walking/running efficiency, personalize training plans, reduce fall risk, and improve overall mobility.
Exercise Prescription
Reduce Pain & Stiffness • Restore Mobility and Function • Injury Prevention • Improve Posture • Overall Health
Customized exercise plans designed to help patients improve strength, mobility, endurance, and overall function that are tailored to each individual based on their conditions, goals, and physical abilities. Components include strength training, flexibility and mobility exercises, aerobic conditioning, balance and coordination exercises, and functional exercises.
